require a Cloud Armor Enterprise subscription and are not supported in Edge Policies nor in Regional
Policies. Expressions containing evaluatePreconfiguredExpr('sourceiplist-*') require a Cloud Armor
Enterprise subscription and are only supported in Global Security Policies.
