Class IosRecordVideoDeviceAction

Records videos of the iOS device screen, one per UI test case. Each video covers only the execution of its test case, and will be written to testcases/{test_class}/{test_method}/video.mp4 in the execution output directory. No video is recorded for unit tests, or on devices running a version earlier than iOS 17.
