Set(String)
As this is not an insert in a strict sense (it supports uploading/setting of a thumbnail for multiple videos, which doesn't result in creation of a single resource), I use a custom verb here.

Considerations regarding stream
:

stream
is seekable, then the stream position will be reset to0
before reading commences. Ifstream
is not seekable, then it will be read from its current position. -
Caller is responsible for maintaining the
stream
open until the upload is completed. -
