matching rules: :authority, :method, :path, :scheme, user-agent,
accept-encoding, content-encoding, grpc-accept-encoding, grpc-encoding,
grpc-previous-rpc-attempts, grpc-tags-bin, grpc-timeout and grpc-trace-
bin.
