If '-' is provided, the response will include OSPolicyAssignmentReports for all instances in the project/location. For {assignment}, either assignment-id or - can be provided. If '-' is provided, the response will include OSPolicyAssignmentReports for all OSPolicyAssignments in the project/location. Either {instance} or {assignment} must be -.
