Lists all publicly available SKUs for a given cloud service. Create a request for the method "skus.list". This request holds the parameters needed by the cloudbilling server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.

Parameters:

parent - Required. The name of the service. Example: "services/DA34-426B-A397"
