                                 throws IOException

Lists the daily call quota and usage per method for your Merchant Center account. Create a request for the method "quotas.list". This request holds the parameters needed by the content server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.

Parameters:

merchantId - Required. The ID of the account that has quota. This account must be an admin.
