Create a request for the method "thumbnails.set". This request holds the parameters needed by the youtube server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.

Parameters:

videoId - Returns the Thumbnail with the given video IDs for Stubby or Apiary.

Returns:
